Color me Happy.

PAG-ASA said that we are not yet in the Rainy Season despite the massive storms, rains and thunders we are experiencing in the country. That only means one thing, my colorful outfit post is still acceptable. LOL.
If I were to describe my summer in one word it would be "CAPRICIOUS".  Why? Because even though I have been to a number of out of town trips this summer (And I had fun, BTW), at the back of my head there was this feeling of anxiety about my grades (coz you know, in my law school, they released the grades a week before the next academic year’s enrollment). Imagine me having fun during the trip and on the ride back home I am distressed waiting for the grades to come out. STRESS! But do not fret, I am happy to announce that my grades turned out well! I passed every subject and now I am a bona fide Sophomore Law Student! AHOO! AHOO!
SM hat; Topman Aviators.
Topman button-down; Rustan's U cardigan; Topman pants.
Uniqlo socks; Zara shoes.

Come to think of it, my colorful outfit post is definitely in order because of this. (Ya think?)

Joining the Bandwagon

This post is so loooong overdue. These photos were taken months and months and months (and months) ago. But it's only now that I have gained the balls to post them. (God, help me!) HAHA.
I decided to name this post "Joining the Bandwagon" for two reasons. 1. I am joining the roster of millions (maybe billions?) of fashion bloggers. AND 2. I am wearing Camouflage. Hollywood Celebrity Stylist June Ambrose once quipped that camouflage is the "leopard print for men." And I definitely agree. Leopard is for women as Camou is for men. All if fair in love and war. CORNY. LOL.
H&M button-down; Uniqlo pants; Rayban aviators.
Camouflage is one of the hottest trends this year. Actually, when these photos were taken, camou was at its peak, camou was all the rage that time - that's why I thought of incorporating camou to my outfit. This outfit could have been so boring, so ordinary were it not for the camou jacket I have on. Without the camou jacket and replacing it with a simple suit jacket, I can easily wear this to my law school! Instant business- appropriate!
Rolex watch; Various silver bracelets.
Thrifted Camouflage coat (Thanks Maxine!); Topman Necktie.
Pedro Shoes; Uniqlo socks.

Joining the Army might have been the more apt title. HAHAHA.

BOOM!

The Chronicled State of Malacca

As John F. Kennedy once said, history has no present; it is only the past rushing into the future. Just like Malacca, its present seems to be its history... And yes... Its future as well...

Malacca, Malaysia

Malacca, located at the southern region of Malay Peninsula, is one of the smallest states in Malaysia. It is also known as Melaka, the historic state. Despite being small, it is one of the most visited places in Malaysia due to its historical ambiance. It is more or less three hours away from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; this is another reason why many tourists visit Malacca.

Malacca, Malaysia

I've been to Malacca twice; both trips are only day tours. My first trip was in April 2010; I traveled from Singapore to Malacca. My second trip, on the other hand, was from Kuala Lumpur just few weeks ago. I have felt the "take it easy vibe" during both of my visits to this place. Why is it so? Well, it's because people in Malacca take their time in doing what they do. They don't want to hurry things up. Take it easy! You know... Yeah, just like that. Take it easy. :)

Summer Thinspiration a.k.a #OplanBalikAlindog

Uhhhhh! I want to go to the beach, NOW. Everyone will be at Boracay for the Labor Day weekend while I stay home repairing clothes. #lolamode

The hot weather requires the show of my sexy figure and glowy skin. Choz!

I am not trained to wear a bikini. When I was young, mommy would make me wear a one piece swimsuit with peplum design at the waist and pair it with shorts to cover my legs (conservative). She didn't tell me about being skinny during the summer.

I hope it's not too late to bring back my 36-24-26 size. (I can't even remember the moment when I was this perfect. Haha!)

I feel fat and unhealthy when people start to exercise and work on those core abs and start juicing. WTF. I didn't know that it's that important to achieve showing off the rib cage. Lels

My current idol/thinspiration shares everything in her instagram account.

CABIN LIFE.

My sister, Milannie, decided to celebrate her birthday in CWC- CamSur Watersports Complex.

She didn't want to celebrate just in our hometown or in Manila, so she flew us, her family and friends, out here.

More on our experience in CWC later; for now, OUTFIT POST!

We stayed at Villa del Rey's Wood Cabins. My brother, Marvin, and I shared the Medium Wood Cabin which was pretty big for just the two of us. Milannie and her friends stayed at a Large Wood Cabin; they were 8. HAHA.
