SB or CBTL?

Apparently we are having the "December" weather in January. In this part of the world, usually January isn't this cold. Ok, it's not really cold. Like winter cold. It's just that, the breeze of the wind is super... breezy. HAHA. It feels like were in a high place like Tagaytay or Baguio or HongKong.
Get it?

Anyway, with this kind of weather, we crave for HOT CHOCO! I don't know about you but I definitely am craving for some amazing hot choco.

So, in the past two days, I made it a point to try different coffee shops that offer hot choco. Swiss Miss isn't enough for me, honey.

First up: I tried Starbucks with their Signature Hot Chocolate.

It was good. It was yummy. The cinnamon powder they added was a nice touch. It's definitely a must try.

Next: I tried Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf's Special Dutch Hot Chocolate.

It was good. It was yummy. The marshmallows they added was a nice touch. It's definitely a must try.

Is that how you review food? Forgive me, I'm not a food blogger. HAHA.

So, you see I have almost the same review on both the hot chocos. 

But WHO WINS?

For me, CBTL wins.

CBTL's blend of their hot choco is perfect. The taste from start to finish is impeccable. It felt like Christmas Morning once again. The taste from that first sip 'til the last was the same. Sadly, I cannot say the same to Starbucks'. At the end of my drink from SB, it tasted differently, it was a bit bitter. I know, I know, it could be the powder but why did that not happen to my drink in CBTL. So for that, CBTL wins.
